How long does it take to process an order?
- Please allow up to 1-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping although we try to ship as fast as possible. If you are in a hurry for a wedding/event feel free to message us and we will try to prioritize shipping your order.

- Shipping to the Netherlands costs €4.99 and it's FREE on all orders over €50.

Shipping to Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany costs €6.99 and you get FREE tracked shipping on all orders over €50. 


Shipping to Austria, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy and Spain costs €7.49 and you get FREE tracked shipping on all orders over €50. 

 

Shipping to all other EU countries costs €7.99 and you get FREE tracked shipping on orders over €50.

Shipping to the UK costs €9.99 and you get FREE tracked shipping on orders over €50.

Shipping to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand costs €11.99 and you get FREE tracked shipping on orders over €50.

Is pick-up possible?

Refund policy

I understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. That's why i offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Simply contact the customer service, and i will guide you through the return process. Your satisfaction is my top priority, and i want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you have purchased a pair of white or light-colored earrings, it is almost inevitable that makeup will get on them. They are not ruined! To get the makeup off all you need is a makeup wipe. Gently rub away the makeup spot. If that doesn’t do the trick, you can use a Q-tip and a little acetone nail polish remover only on earrings that do not have acrylic paint on them.
 

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
